 Help Heal Hearts

We work with individuals and organizations to tackle mental illness. We want to make sure that no one is left to tackle mental health on their own. We support and relieve mental health through peer-support and participation in activities that encourage good health and well-being.

What is the best way to help a friend?

The best way to help someone you are worried about is to give them a safe space to voice their thoughts. By simply listening to them and being emotionally present, you'll be very effective.
